I agree! No shotgun or Easter Egg methodology!
I've seen the BBODs with the narrow and wide stripes, those with very
clean edges to the stripes, and those with ragged edge stripes.
I begin my hunt by looking at seams and cracks in the body. Those MUST go!
Then the criteria becomes a little different. Hence my lifting an end,
and use the tester. Also looking where it sits in the circuit.
Anyway, FB with the gifting! I've pretty well hit the point where no
more comes in. I've got enough.
