[Boatanchors] Rotor Brake Delay

Hi.
I want to make up some time of a brake delay
for my Ham"M" rotor rather than buy one of the Kit offerings.

I found that there was one such Do-It-Yourself projects/schematic
in: Ham Radio, Aug. 1989, Page 89 under the "Weekender".
It was... Automatic Rotor Brake Delay, by WA1SPI.
I wonder if anyone might have a copy of this article or give me some
idea of how this was accomplished?

I have a lot of parts in the Junk Box's  just waiting to be used for such
a project.
