It's like taking the TAKS test here in Texas (the one that lets high
school kids who can't read and can barely write a complete
intelligible sentence get a good test score so the Federal money won't
stop coming in.
All you need is a middling "fact memory". You don't really have to
know or (heaven forbid) actually understand much of anything ...
