There are several in existence. Introduced as a slightly scaled down
SX-28 it was supposedly available from July 1941 until civilian
production ceased after Dec 7. It did not have the Lamb noise silencer
nor the bass boost; tube count was 13.
Ive no idea if any went to government or military service but various
literature states it was produced into some time in 1943.
Certainly a rare collector item
