[Boatanchors] CV-591 SSB detector Question

This is from memory.
The relay is a latching type actuated by a solenoid.


I was servicing my CV-591 a few years ago and had to replace a couple of 
capacitors.  As I fixed one problem another was uncovered and I wound up 
replacing almost all the capacitors in the unit.
