[Boatanchors] Ranger Caps and Solid State Rectifiers

Larry,
    This is NOT TRUE.  Micas are failing.  I've had several bad ones in 
R-388/75A's.  I'm not the only one that's found this problem.  I'm not 
talking about "micamolds" or "postage stamps".  Maybe Rangers are lucky?  Or 
don't have any?
