[Boatanchors] Receiver muting

Ray,

According to the manuals for the HQ145X, HQ170, and HQ170A, they all  
have provisions for external muting. The 145 has a 2-pin socket on the  
back panel, between the power cord and the antenna terminals. On the  
170 and 170A, the connections are on the octal socket on the back  
panel, pins 3 and 4. Short to receive, open to mute in both cases.
