Mine goes down to about 445 kHz, and up to about 1100 MHz. My
understanding is that, while the specs are 500 kHz to 512 (or 1024)
MHz, the intent was to make the 8640B usable for aligning 455 kHz
IF strips. I don't mind it going higher than 1024 kHz, either.
