[Boatanchors] OT: info on DA-515/U?

Rolynn,

I was going by MY military experience AND all the Mil equipment I own or 
have owned.

Usually test equipment would have a prefix such as TS-, or AN/URM.  
Radio sets usually have been AN/PRC, AN/VRC, and AN/GRC.  However, I 
retired just over 20 years ago.  So the dates that I got on the DA-515 
were 1988 and 1993.  That would explain why they do NOT make sense to ME.

BTW - Bird Electronics has a manual regarding the 8400s series of dummy 
loads.  The 515 is equivalent, (identical), to the 8402.
