Do you still have c55, c55 -- the line bypass caps in there?  Have you  
checked them?  If that isn't it, then perhaps one of your power  
transformers has high leakage from primary to ground (?).

I long ago installed a 3-wire line cord, removed c55/c56.  Have never  
had a problem.
