[Boatanchors] Hallicrafters SX-62 Slipping Dial

Considering the convoluted path of that dial cord its no wonder it may slip.

I have two SX-62A's and had to tighten up one of them and use a healthier
spring. As a final measure I used a small amount of resin on the cord. No
more slipping. Used to use beeswax but others suggested resin and this was
my maiden voyage. Good stuff.
