This one has S/N 101 stamped on the lable and it got me to wunderin'. Anyone have an older one? Or <insert fantasy here> they started at s/n 101 and I have the first one and will make millions selling it... <back to reality> It looks beefy inside will it handle the output power from my Johnson Viking Valiant without dammage?

Hi John,
While there is no data sheet on BAMA for the B&W 435 low pass filter,
there is a catalog. In the catalog there is a listing for a FL10/1500
which superseded a model 425 which was rated at 1500 watts. So, if you
mistyped, and the filter is actually marked 425, then I would say that
you are OK with the Valiant...and probably a good deal more. I've got a
couple of the things myself, but just which box they are in is a
mystery. I used to know where every nut and bolt, transistor, resistor
and capacitor was. Then I moved. :-)
