[Boatanchors] ceramic coils - coil forms needed

I am looking for the following National coils and coil forms:

XR-14A    (ceramic, 5" winding diameter, 5" long, winding length 3-7/8", 8 
turns per inch, with or without 5 pin banana plug assembly) 
XR-10 A      (ceramic, 2-3/8" winding diameter, 5" long, winding length 
4", 8 turns per inch, with or without 5 pin banana plug assembly)
UR-10A   (ceramic, as above but wound for 20 or 40 meters, with or without 
5 pin banana plug assembly)
FTXB       (aluminum case, 4" x 1-7/8" x 2-1/4", with two adjustments at 
the top, the six pins are similar to that of SW-3 coils, any frequency is 
okay)

I can provide pictures if you think you might have any of them in your 
junk box.
