It would be simple if you were willing to just go through your list to the
tube type and add or subtract the quantities by hand.  That could be done in
a Word Table or Excel Spreadsheet. You can easily sort the tables too.

However, what you are asking requires a form, interfaced to Excel. That's
significantly more work.
