Fw: [Boatanchors] BUYER BEWARE XE2NBG, LUIS

In the interest of fairness to Luis, I too bought a radio from him last
week.
With any purchase, I was willing to take a risk and fully understood that
international transactions were not guaranteed.
I was even more wary since there was little online traceability with respect
to Mr. Garza Sepulveda's license, activities, or recent internet selling.
I understood that the radio was coming from Mexico and the Mr. Garza
Sepulveda fully communicated the Fedex charges to me in advance. As a
matter of fact, upon receipt of my remittance, he *immediately* shipped the
unit to me in absolutely record time. The shipping packaging was less than
optimal, but I am completely satisfied with my transaction and regret that
there may have been others who had lesser satisfaction.
