[Boatanchors] SP-600 red knob re-finish

Depending on how often you use the knobs, I have found that plain red 
magic-marker ink lasts for 6 months to a year.  You might also try some 
"diluted" fingernail polish.  Use polish remover or acetone to "thin" 
polish.  BE CAREFUL not to get polish or thinner on the panel - removing 
the knobs before re-coloring them is always a good idea.


I am not sure, but I think the original color might have been applied by 
some type of process similar to anodizing.  I have seen black, blue, 
yellow and green done this way, not too sure about red.
