[Boatanchors] Now have cap kits for DX-60 series

Just a quick note for anybody restoring a DX-60/A/B.  I am now able to 
provide complete electrolytic capacitor rebuild kits for them.  Like the 
HW-16 kit, they will be provided with a new replacement multi-section 
can-type filter cap, as well as the other electrolytics.

I don't have a page up on the website for these yet, hence this post. 
I'll follow it up with more info shortly.

The response to the HW-16 kit was really great, the second production 
run will be here shortly.  I sure am glad to see so many guys "keeping 
the green flame burning"!
