[Boatanchors] Cleaning without dis-assembly

Thanks for all the replies everyone.  This rig I am starting on
bringing back to life is actually very clean.  The front panel and
under the chassis deck doesn't need much attention at all.  There is
just a fair amount of dirt and grime on top of the chassis deck that I
want to clean.
