[Boatanchors] Cleaning Ceramic Trimmers

Altho silver oxide, AgO, is itself conductive what is seen on components may
not be due to absorbed contaniments creating an insulating surface.

Having an intermittent silver plated BNC connector pair become intermittent
for instance is a well documented occurance.

AgO on variable capacitor plates is OK but the rotor may have to be turned a
few times during an alignment to maintain a solid contact with the wiper.
