I worked on the GE 25 watt CF lamp 10 years ago.
It went through extensive testing for emissions and sold for a premium
price,
With the el-chepo CF , you certainly won't get the same performance of
life and I can tell you what a pain it is to turn on the light and have
a streak of noise across your TV, radio or ham rig.
Try to get one with a CE certification.
