[Boatanchors] Capacitor Checker of Choice ??

Ive found an old Solar CE to be sufficient for evaluating most caps. It
runs up to 600V, has enough features to be useful. BUT I dont waste time
checking old paper caps or electrolytics, thats penny wise and pound
foolish IMO.

For value accuracy such as silver micas in filters I use a Wavetek
handheld and compare at times with a USM-617C/U Q meter or a HP digital
LCR meter. But I seldom need anything over 2% tolerance.
