[Boatanchors] Capacitor Checker of Choice ??

Dick,

I would vote for the ZM-11; great unit and if you don't have one already
you will find the other functions are very useful. Among the neat ZM-11
design features is the high voltage for capacitor charging is developed
from an RF oscillator power supply. So if the capacitor shorts then the
oscillator simply stops; thus no voltage and no fireworks. The TO-6A is
a nice unit but I think it pales in comparison to the ZM-11.
