Anyone know the watt rating for the JVL, TVL and BVL coils?

I'm pretty sure the TVL is 500 watts, and I "think" the BVL is 150 
watts, and the JVL is 75 watts, but I'd like to know for sure before I 
start drilling holes.

Also, were these ratings maximum or average ratings?
