CK1006, AKA VT-249, receiving full wave gas rectifier. ST 14 bulb on a 4 pin 
base. Graphite anodes, fil is 2.5 volts @ 2.0 amps. 1600 volt PIV, 200ma.

As Al said, it's a full-wave gas rectifier.  Ratheon made several different
types.  One application of the CK-1006 is in the PE-237 Vibrator Supply.
