[Boatanchors] Tube boxes

Rod,

AES has, or used to have, a range of sizes from miniature up to barely large 
enough for a VT-4-C.  Last year, Bill Donzelli had a bunch of miniature ones.  
In both cases, they are plain white.

I haven't thought of BA in years!
