I didn't even know that site existed until a Google search for Meissner part 
number 18-3575 (160m coil strip for MSS, EX) turned it up as a hit.
Once I found myself at:

http://oldradioparts.com/


I then drilled down and found this exact page for Meissner coils:

http://www.oldradioparts.com/meisr.txt

Once there, I used the Windows Explorer function 'FIND' and entered 18-3575 
in the text box and VOILA!
Alas, he had only one...

While on that page, I also searched  for the six (twelve) meter coil strip, 
Meissner p/n 18-3578, but, no luck.
