[Boatanchors] Fw: [Milsurplus] ART-13 Dyno problems

 I have made up a set of cables for connecting a DY/11 to my ART-13 with new connectors on the cables. After getting no response from the TX and after doing some checking I discovered that if I put some sideways pressure on the U-9/U I am able to get the autotune to work and also spin up the dyno with the PPT on the T-17 mike, however only if I continue with the pressure on the connector. As the pins on the U9/U are new it is logical to believe the problem in in the female connector on the dyno.
There are  8 -.062 Dia. pins and 2- .093 Dia. pins on the U-9/U. I decided to try a corresponding reamer in the holes thinking that there might be 50 years of grime in the holes. It had no effect on my problem. Looking in at the holes with a glass it appears as though they are not a solid Dia. but appear to be an eyelet type of stamping with at least one slot on the Dia. Hard to see because of the small Dia. I thought that a small wire brush  that could be run in the holes would clean things up better than the reamers but I doubt that anyone makes anything that small. Has anyone had this problem or any ideas on a fix?
