[Boatanchors] New official acronym

As far as I can tell the most difficult replacement for BA's is the
multisection electrolytic capacitors.

The wafer switch sections are available from ElectroSwitch. They are the old
Centralab switch line. But you may have to do some modifications to them for
the custom sections used in some rigs. But for homebrewing they are just
like they used to be but more expensive.
