Outside of the early National sets for the Navy, I can't think of any. The
Signal Corps BC-312 et al uses the 3-circuit microphone plug and jack for
loudspeaker output. And the DC sets (BC-312 and BC-314 retained the 12 volt field
coil supply wire to the ring terminal right to the end. But actual
production of the field coil equipped predecessor to the LS-3 must have stopped so
early that I have never heard of anyone having one nor have I even been able to
learn what its nomenclature was.
