[Boatanchors] Transformer for Globe Scout 65

Since Dahl seems to be out of the amateur business, two alternates are Gary
WZ1M for rewinds or Heyboer in Grand Haven, Michigan
http://www.heyboertransformers.com/index.shtml for a new transformer.

Both have excellent rep's and I am particularly impressed with Heyboer who
supplied a completely new LV transformer for a Johnson 500 in 2 weeks for a
very reasonable price.

The 200 ma is not what might be expected for plate current however. Remember
that that transformer has to provide power to the modulator, audio driver
and oscillator as well.

I have to go along with Carl, KM1H about PW Dahl.

The 1000VDC is NOR correct according to the manual.

The manual says the pwoer supply is to provide 500VDC @ 200ma.

It's either PW Dahl or find a "donor".
