[Boatanchors] Fusing Secondaries on Boatanchor Gear

Fuse the primary. Any major failure downstream will take out the fuse pronto. I'd use a standard 3AG
Slo-Blo fuse with a rating about 20% over the normal operating current of the set, absent any other
data.
