Hello,

I need your assistance to locate sources of documentation for two
boatanchors that I recently acquired. The first concerns the Navy
(Bendix) ATD transmitter vintage 1940. Fortunately, there is an
excellent article in Electric Radio, volume 35, and some general
information on the Internet. However, I have not been able to locate
a source for the manual or even a schematic. I believe that the
manual I need is NAVAER 08-5Q-39; or, possibly, TM 11-487A, 58. Do
you have any recommendations where I can obtain the manual?

The second item, I that I need assistance with, is an US Navy Radio
Receiver, Model REH, CDL-46271. This is a Morale received built by
Belmont Radio Corp. (BRC) toward the end of WWII. A Google and
Dogpile search lists only three postings regarding this 1945 set. I
have e-mailed the posters, but have not received any
responses. Again, I hoping that you can point me in the right direct
to find the manual. BTW: I did check Riders; but, did not discover
any similar BRC civilian radios. The REH, it seems, is unique with
its permeability tuning. Most of BRC' sets were capacitively
tuned. Any information you can provide on obtaining REH
documentation will be appreciated.

Thanks, Tom, K8JRM
