Hello all,
One question REALLY grabs me! How are ANY corporations or entities
being allowed to "purchase" spectrum space? If this is true, then what's to
prevent them from purchasing "atmospheric rights" and charging us poor serfs
for breathing? I ALWAYS understood the spectrum was a public asset. If
some corporate entity is allowed to do this, could we assess them a fee for
using our airspace for a "propagation highway"? This could really get
"sticky" down the road.
