I finally got one of the "half knobs" that are used on
the DX-100 crystal switch and antenna loading switch
to make a mold.  These knobs are now in production
along with the other knobs that are used on the
various Heath DX series transmitters and other units. 
Also, I can provide entire replacement knob kits for
various units at a substantial savings over the prices
