I agree with Joseph, it's time to let this one go.  Hasn't been used since being replaced with a
TS-440 some 5-6 years ago.  Has piggy back power supply, military mic and manual.
Appearance is fair and by that I mean no dings in the cabinet and front panel is sharp.  A previous
owner made mods to the power supply and 2-3 tube sockets so's to allow substitution of more
readily available tubes.  Has all knobs with the exception of the one for the meter switch.
The Collins tag on the front panel is missing.

I just switched it on and the tubes light up, no smoke but I'm not hearing any sound.  therefore
it's going out the door as is.
