The below message just showed up in my in-box.  In 45 years as a Ham and 
radio collector I've never diddled with civilian gear so I've no idea why it 
showed up here.  But if anyone is interested, contact the seller at one of the 
email addresses at the bottom of the list.  From the list of Counties given, he 
lives in Texas.
