[Boatanchors] DX-100 misaligned dial fix

This may help anyone who are prone to making stupid mistakes like me, hi! I 
put a new dial on my DX-100 and forgot to tighten the shaft screw, you know 
what happened, the dial got out of alignment. The dial mark before 7.0 MHz 
is supposed to be straight up with the plates of the VFO variable cap 
closed. I started trying to align it with the dial out of position and no 
dice. I had read in several places about how inaccessable, hard etc. the VFO 
was to get at. All I did was take off the front panel and take off the nuts 
that hold the VFO housing down to the chassis under the chassis and the VFO 
housing came up enough to see the variable cap. I also saw that someone had 
never screwed one of the lug strips down inside the housing. I fixed that 
and lined up the dial, not that hard, a little time consuming but even easy 
for a rookie.
