[Boatanchors] Hallicrafters SX-28 S-meter

There was a 28 meter on the E place. It had a double wrap of solid copper  
wire around it with the twist soldered. 
Wouldn't a black tye wrap do as well? When you put the diagonal cutters on  
it to cut off the excess give your wrist a little turn to draw up the slack  
before you actually cut.
