[Boatanchors] Hallicrafters SX-28 S-meter

My SX-28A (along with some other Halli receivers with the same issue) is 
repaired the same way as Al's.  Since the stainless steel hose clamp is 
also non-magnetic it won't affect meter operation and it is not visible 
from outside the case.

Now if this meter went into equipment from a certain little town in Iowa 
then there would be a reproduction meter case available for "high 
dollars".  I say this mostly in jest though I am amazed what power 
supplies (and even reproduction trim rings cost).  I am glad that my S 
line and KWM-2's came with the power supply and with trim rings in good 
condition.
