As a retired tool and die maker just a little suggestion when drilling sheet metal. If it is flat stock you can put a piece of wood (1/2") under the metal and use a common "C" clamp to clamp the metal and the wood to the table. The wood will keep the metal from distorting. For thin metal .005 - .030 keep the RPM's up. When the drill breaks through is when the metal will want to ride up the drill, and go very easy on the down pressure when it is about to break through. Always keep your hands clear of the swing radius of the metal in case it catches. For anything other than flat stock a vise is the way to go. I worked with a guy who was able to get the drill between his wedding ring and his finger. Not a pretty sight.
