[Boatanchors] fiber or nylon washers

Shoulder washers, fiber and nylon are readily available at
a local CB store, that sells antenna accessories.  They use
a 3/8" id with 1/2" od washer set to insulate their stud mounts
for trucker antennas.  For use with thickness' up about 1/8".
