[Boatanchors] LED's instead of lamps in boatanchors???

Any of you guys use super bright LED's instead of incandescent lamps in 
your boatanchors? I changed them in a radio once and they look 
excellent. I had to frost them with 220 grit sandpaper to get the light 
to scatter for a warmer glow. That should be the last time I ever have 
to change the lamps (LED's).

Reading that guys post about his Azden got me thinking about the LED's 
again...
