Greg,
You didn't say what OS and what PDF reader you are using. But with W2K and
one of the later Acrobat or Adobe readers, open the file (document), click
File, select Print, and the printer driver window should open. Exactly what's
there depends upon what printer you have but one area should be Print Range,
where the default is All but typically two other options are Current Page and
Range.
Note that in most applications (your browser, your reader, etc.), if you
click the Print icon on that application's Tool Bar you get all the defaults and
output goes immediately to the printer.
