[Boatanchors] PDF manual printing question

Hi Greg,
    I have the full version of Adobe Acrobat, maybe you just have the reader 
with less features.  I can select "print current page" from the print box 
when it comes up.  I can also extract a single page.  If you can't do it, 
let me know what you need, if I don't have the .pdf, or can't download it 
somewhere, maybe you can send it to me, I'll extract the page, put it in a 
format you can print (pdf, jpg, etc.), and send it back to you.

Is there a way to print only one page of a PDF manual on the computer?  The 
only way I know of to print a PDF is to print the whole thing.
I need print only one page of a huge PDF.
Any ideas?
