I have these!
Speed nuts that clip in the rails with matching shinny phillips screws  
with a big flat back that takes a nylon washer.....and the washers too!

For really heavy stuff, 10-32 speed nuts again to clip to the rail with 
a 10-32  countersunk  straight head screw with countersunk chrome washer 
and mating nylon washer.
