[Boatanchors] Looking for Rack Hardware.

Mark,

McMaster Carr - http://www.mcmaster.com/ - has nylon "countersunk" 
washers that do a nice job when used with "oval head" machine screws.  
Most racks take 10-32 hardware.  McMaster is easy to deal with.
