[Boatanchors] 01. Mica Caps

Guys, I just picked up a Radiomarine AR-8506-B, made in 1944. It's a
very nice set.

As I was looking under the chassis, I saw several .01 mfd caps that look
to be standard paper caps. The manual, however, lists them as mica caps.
They're definitely original, because they're covered with the same
moisture-proofing compound as the rest of the chassis.

What are they?
