Hello Duane,

In 1899, US Patent Commissioner Charles H. Duell
reportedly announced that "everything that can be
invented has been invented."

I am not sure about the 1933 Chicago World's Fair,
but I do know that the RCA TV exhibit was one of the
main attractions at the 1939 New York World's Fair.
