[Boatanchors] fiber or nylon washers

Hello Members of the various reflectors from Joe w5jdy in Okla.   I have a
rare request.   I am trying to mount some variable tuning capacitors that
have 3/8'' mounting bushing into a panel.   I need to insulate the capacitor
from the panel.  Heathkit used to do this with 3/8" I.D. fiber shoulder
washers. I am looking for 4 of them if anyone has any on some old caps or
maybe somewhere?   I will gladly pay for them plus your time.  Have a Nice
