Hi Todd,

Thanks for the response.  In the wireless era, short-wave meant 
something like "below" 360 meters.  I'm currently studying actual HF 
sets, 3-30MHz..  The Navy started seriously experimenting with HF about 
1925.  That's a neat radio, none the less.
